Lernaeocera branchialis (L., 1767) on cod in Baltic waters

Abstract

Field surveys have shown a limited distribution ofL. branchialis in Baltic waters due to heterogenic salinity. The parasite is not suited as “natural” tagging of the cod population in these waters.
