Samples mostly display a relation to their next neighbours between 98 and 100%; exceptions: Endozoicimonas elysicola, Arcobacter butzleri (97%), Mesorhizobium tianshanense (89%). Sequence data do not allow a differentiation within the species groups #1 to #4, accession numbers of the bacteria forming heterogeneous groups are not given
