From: High mortality of Pacific oysters in a cold winter in the North-Frisian Wadden Sea
Sea surface temperature (SST in °C) measured at List/Sylt and on Amrum between 01 December 2009 and 30 March 2010. The Federal Maritime and Hydrographic Agency (BSH) in Hamburg provided the data (Loewe pers. comment), which were measured by the German Maritime Search and Rescue Service (DGzRS). Additionally, the air temperature (minimum temperature measured 5 cm above the ground) in List/Sylt is presented for the same period (DWD 2011)
